Bento Lunch Box: Oyako Don
Oyako Don (親子丼), meaning parent and child rice. The name describes the relationship between the eggs adn the chicken. It is a common and popular delicacy in Japanese restaurants around the globe. However, it can be made at home with common ingredients.
