Unagi-don Bento Box
Today, my lunch was Unagi-don (Cooked eel on rice with egg and vegetable) along with some broccoli and wieners. Normally, Unagi-don does not come with vegetable (green onion), but my wife added it in to boost the presentation, which she does often to make lunch boxes look nicer. Frozen Unagi packs can easily be bought from Asian marketplaces in Canada. (Places like H-mart and T&T) http://www.hmartca.com/mall/index.php http://www.tnt-supermarket.com/en/
